Up from Down Under and the Supplement to Up From Down Under by Rosslyn McLeod, and F. Matthias Alexander 1869-1955 - A Biographical Outline edited by Walter Carrington are also good sources of information about Alexander's life. Alexander wrote an autobiographical sketch covering the first 35 years of his life which can be found in Articles and Lectures by F. Matthias Alexander.
