Many thanks and to you and Celeste for making these lessons available! They are brilliant. – Ania Roman, London, England
The first lesson changed my life! I did the experiment of cutting back effort and it made a huge difference. I kept experimenting for weeks with that thought while doing all sorts of daily activities and each time they got a little easier. I’m now planning to go on to Lesson 2 – I can’t begin to imagine where that will take me! – Sue Greer, Huston, Texas
I used “I’m not thinking…” all day yesterday and found this direction to be amazing for me in every which way — in walking, at work with customers and colleagues. It’s great for ADHD brains in that it calmed down all the chatter in my brain. It made me more relaxed so that even when I had difficult customers I was able to relax. It sure helps with my usual over thinking everything. It’s way clearer to me how my brain is way different from other folks and, most importantly, to start doing tasks that I keep postponing. – Rena Anya Deveza, New York City
I’ve always been interested in the Alexander Technique from reading about it, but don’t live near any teachers. The lessons have helped my enormously, particularly with chronic neck pain which now has thankfully disappeared. Thank you so much Celeste and Robert. – Ann Grover, UAE
I found your free Alexander technique videos today and loved the first lesson so much that I wanted to contribute. Thank you so much for doing this project. I’m already feeling the difference in the state of my mind & body. – Valeria Nechaeva, St. Petersburg, Russia.
Your lessons have been a life saver for me. I was experiencing severe back pain and had tried several other things to no avail. By the time I got through the fourth lesson the pain was gone! – Bill Rona, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada
These lessons have changed my life. Thank you! – William Sloan, Sydney, Australia

Finding this channel feels like hitting a gold mine! Thank you for uploading videos with so much deeper information, which help understand more and more about AT.

Thank you for sharing your lessons with us! I overcame my fear of dental work this afternoon by just rehearsing “I’m doing nothing.” over and over. I was in so much more comfort than past visits. I thought of you both and said, it really works! I’m also reading.
@ThreefoldDesigns
Thanks so much for posting these lessons! I have had tension in my neck and shoulders for a while now, resulting in migraines (I can relate to Celeste’s story about tensing up doing EVERYTHING – that’s me!) …. after chiro appointments and remedial massage, the BEST thing has been Alexander Technique ‘I am free’ – it’s crazy! Of course, I am practicing every day with catching myself tensing, but the results have shown me already that it is working well 🙂

“Thank you so much for these wonderful youtubes! After watching yesterday I suddenly found a very relaxed hold of my violin. I can’t wait to hear more!”
@vayhope886
“I’m not compressing” is very powerful for me as well. I can feel a bunch of muscles micro-mouvements as they release tension that I didn’t know was there! I’m so grateful for all those free sessions!!!
