Marjorie L. Barstow (1899 – 1995) was the first person to graduate from F. M. Alexander’s first teacher training course in 1934. She assisted his brother, Albert Redden Alexander, in Boston and New York for a few years after graduating, and then taught in Lincoln, Nebraska and at workshops around the world until her death.
